2 Year Warranty

Every Havel Stone timepiece is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

If a defect in materials, movement, or workmanship appears within two years of your purchase, we will repair or replace your timepiece free of charge. This includes:

• Movement failure not caused by misuse;
• Defects in the case, dial, or hands present from manufacture;
• Faults in workmanship or assembly.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches to the case, glass, or strap;
• Battery replacement, which is considered routine maintenance;
• Straps and buckles, which are wearing parts subject to natural deterioration;
• Water damage (see the section below);
• Damage caused by accident, drops, impact, misuse, or negligence;
• Any timepiece opened, altered, or serviced by an unauthorized third party;
• Loss or theft;
• Timepieces purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Important: Water Resistance

Water resistance ratings describe laboratory test conditions, not everyday activities. A rating of 3ATM (30 metres) means the watch can withstand light splashes and rain only. It does not mean the watch may be worn while swimming, showering, bathing, or diving.

Please check the specific water resistance rating listed on your model's product page before exposing it to water. Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time as seals age. Damage caused by water ingress is not covered by this warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Write to support@havelstone.com with:

• Your order number and proof of purchase;
• A description of the issue;
• Photos or a short video showing the problem.

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for repair or replacement.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the legal rights granted to consumers under the laws of their country of residence, including the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
